Cupcakes "Brownie"

Ingredients

• Butter - 180 g
• Chocolate - 100 g
• Sugar - 200 g
• Egg - 4 pcs.
• Flour - 100 g
• Cocoa - 40 g
• Baking powder - 1 tsp

Directions

1. Melt the butter with chocolate in a water bath, cool slightly and beat lightly with a mixer. Add sugar and beat well again.
2. Next, add the eggs one at a time and after each beat the mass for a minute.
3. Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder into a separate bowl.
4. Combine dry and liquid ingredients and knead the dough until smooth.
5. We lay out the dough in molds (the amount of dough is calculated somewhere for 12-14 cupcakes). We bake chocolate cupcakes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
6. Brownie cupcakes are ready.
