Mini cupcakes

I propose to bake and evaluate mini cupcakes, an excellent portioned option for the holidays.

Ingredients

• Flour - 65 grams
• Sugar - 65 grams
• Butter - 65 grams
• Cream 20% - 1 tbsp.
• Baking powder - 0.5 tsp
• Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Directions

1. In a deep bowl, beat butter at room temperature with sugar.
2. Next, we send the egg there and beat everything well again.
3. Add flour and baking powder, beat again.
4. And at the very end, pour in the cream, mix again.
5. This is what the dough should look like.
6. We distribute our dough into molds and send it to the oven preheated to 170 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
7. We cool our cupcakes and decorate with cream on top.
