The name speaks for itself: striped muffins with a fancy pattern of light and dark dough look interesting in a section. Vanilla and chocolate flavors go great together. Making such beauty is not much more difficult than pouring dough of the same color into molds. The recipe has been tested - the fragrant airy dough is perfectly baked and rises. Even novice cooks will have no problems!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine eggs and sugar.
  2. Beat the eggs with sugar with a mixer at high speed for 3 minutes, until a lush, light mass is obtained.
  3. Add sour cream and vanillin to the egg-sugar mass. Pour in sunflower oil.
  4. Knead the dough for a minute at a slow mixer speed.
  5. Take one and a half tablespoons of flour into a separate container and set aside for now.
  6. Mix the rest of the flour with the baking powder and sift into the liquid base.
  7. Again, at a slow speed of the mixer, knead the dough until smooth.
  8. Divide the dough into two approximately equal parts.
  9. Pour the remaining flour into one bowl, cocoa powder into the second.
  10. Using a mixer, first knead the light dough, then the dark one.
  11. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  12. Place paper capsules in cupcake or muffin tins. If you're using silicone molds, you don't have to.
  13. Put a teaspoon of light dough on the bottom of each mold.
  14. Put a teaspoon of dark dough in the middle of the light dough.
  15. Then again add a teaspoon of light dough - try to place it in the middle of the dark one.
  16. Lay out the dark dough again.
  17. And again add a light dough - to this layer I have it over.
  18. Top with the remaining dark batter. So, cupcakes will consist of three layers of dark and three layers of light dough.
  19. I got 11 cupcakes.
  20. Bake Zebra cupcakes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  21. Remove the finished cupcakes from the molds and let them cool.
  22. Delicious and very beautiful "Zebra" cupcakes on sour cream are ready to serve.
  23. Bon appetit!
