  3. Place 120 g of soft butter in a mixer bowl. Whisk until the butter turns white. Without stopping beating, add 200 g of sugar. Continue beating for 1-2 more minutes.
  4. Continuing to beat, alternately add 2 eggs and 5 g of vanilla sugar. Beat until the mass turns white. While beating, remove the mixture from the walls and mix to make the dough homogeneous.
  5. Then the mixer rotation speed must be reduced to a minimum, add flour and 120 ml of milk. Flour and milk should be added in turn in three doses.
  6. We get this dough.
  7. Using a pastry bag, a mechanical ice cream scoop, or a regular tablespoon, spoon the batter into paper cups (they should be 2/3 full).
  8. Bake cupcakes in a preheated oven. The temperature at which cupcakes should be baked is 180°C. Time is approximately 20 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a wooden stick. Remove the finished cupcakes from the oven, let cool slightly, then put them on a wire rack or board without removing them from paper cups, and let them cool completely.
  9. Homemade milk cupcakes are ready.
  10. Ready-made pastries can be decorated with cream.
