Cupcakes with cranberries

Delicious sour cupcakes

Ingredients

• Butter - 100 g
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Milk - 50 ml
• Flour - 150 g
• Sugar - 150 g
• Cranberries - 150 g
• Baking powder - 10 g
• Vanillin - to taste
• Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp

Directions

1. Melt butter, mix with sugar, milk and eggs.
2. Then add, stirring, flour with baking powder and vanilla. The consistency of the dough should be similar to thick sour cream.
3. Add cranberries and mix gently.
4. Put the dough into cupcake molds (if not silicone, pre-grease with oil). Bake cupcakes with cranberries for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
5. Sprinkle cooled cranberry muffins with powdered sugar.
