I offer a variant of a beautiful design of minced meat dishes. Meat muffins with mashed potatoes can be served as a hot dish or as an appetizer.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour breadcrumbs or bread with milk, mix and leave to swell.
  2. Finely chop the mushrooms, grate the cheese.
  3. Place onion, soaked crackers, eggs in a blender, chop. Add the resulting mass to the minced meat. Salt, add spices and mix well.
  4. Grease cupcake molds with butter. Pour some mince into molds. Make indentations with your fingers to form walls.
  5. Put the mushrooms and cheese into the recess in the minced meat. Make a cake with minced meat with your hands and put on top, press down.
  6. Bake meat muffins with mushrooms and cheese in a preheated oven at 180-190 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  7. Boil potatoes and mash with butter, hot milk and salt. Mashed potatoes can be prepared ahead of time, but the mashed potatoes must be warm and not lose their plasticity.
  8. Transfer the mashed potatoes to a pastry bag and squeeze onto each meatloaf like a cream.
  9. Decorate meat muffins (cupcakes) with mashed potatoes as desired. I sprinkle with ground sweet paprika.
