Honey gives sweetness to baking, thanks to which the crumb resembles a honey cake in taste and aroma, and the characteristic color is caramel and rich. Cupcakes are very soft, like a biscuit. Adding enough apples to the dough makes the pastry juicy, and the cashew nut topping brings its own zest.

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.
  2. Take the butter out of the fridge ahead of time to soften it.
  3. I have cashew nuts, you can use your choice.
  4. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  5. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add liquid honey and a pinch of salt.
  6. With a mixer on high speed, beat the eggs with honey and salt for a minute, until foamy.
  7. Add softened butter.
  8. Beat the mixture again for 1 more minute.
  9. Sift flour into the resulting dough base (170 g is a little more than one glass with a volume of 250 ml), mixed with soda.
  10. With a mixer at low speed, knead a smooth smooth dough.
  11. Peel apples, remove cores. Cut apple pulp into small cubes.
  12. Transfer the apples to the dough.
  13. Stir apples into batter until evenly distributed.
  14. Divide the dough into cupcake molds. I got 12 pcs.
  15. Chop the cashew nuts into small pieces.
  16. Divide the nuts among the molds on top of the dough.
  17. Bake honey cupcakes with apples and nuts in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
  18. Remove the finished cupcakes from the molds and put on a dish. Leave until completely cool.
